OneWahed

Approach

How we invest.

OneWahed invests its own capital in software businesses and financial ventures. We are a holding company, not a fund. The following describes how we think about putting capital to work.

  • 01

We invest for the long term.

We plan to own our investments for many years. That time horizon shapes how we underwrite, how we price risk, and how we work with the management teams we back.

  • 02

    We invest our own capital.

OneWahed is funded by its principals. We are not raising a fund and we do not manage outside money. This lets us be selective and patient in a way institutional timelines often do not allow.

  • 03

We focus where we have an edge.

Software and financial services are the two areas we know best. Within those, we look for businesses with durable customer relationships, real margins, and a clear path to growth.

  • 04

    We partner with operators.

Companies are built by the people who run them. We look for management teams with a record of execution and judgment, and we structure our involvement around what is useful to them.

  • 05

    We size to conviction.

We would rather hold fewer investments we understand well than many we understand broadly. When we have conviction, we concentrate. When we do not, we wait.
